Ep 8. Stalked

Detective Elliot Stabler and his partner Detective Olivia Benson are called to investigate a series of stalking incidents in "Stalked," the eighth episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit's first season.

The episode begins with a woman named Rebecca Tolliver receiving a phone call from a man who claims to be her ex-boyfriend, Jack. He says he wants to meet up with her, but she declines and hangs up. Soon after, Rebecca starts receiving disturbing gifts in the mail and continues to receive calls from Jack.

Stabler and Benson meet with Rebecca, who is clearly shaken up by the stalking incidents. As Stabler and Benson delve deeper into the case, they discover that both Jack and Cassidy have been following Rebecca and have even gone so far as to break into her apartment. The detectives also learn that Rebecca's ex-boyfriend, who she left Jack for, is currently in prison for assault. This information leads them to believe that he may have something to do with the stalking as well.

Throughout the episode, Stabler and Benson work tirelessly to piece together the evidence and build their case against Jack, Cassidy, and Rebecca's ex-boyfriend. The investigation eventually leads them to a dramatic confrontation with the stalker, where they must race against the clock to save Rebecca.
