After Wally's friend Johnny Franklin comes to visit and tells lots of about the military school he attends, Ward and Wally decide it would be a good idea for Wally to apply to the school also. However, Wally gets cold feet when he thinks that his parents are trying to get rid of him by sending him so far away.
