Life of Ryan Season 1 Episode 8 Home and Away

Ryan is tired of being pulled between his parents and their divorce drama. The skater decides it's time to buy a house of his own and move out to neutral territory. He must convince his parents that he's mature enough to be a homeowner, break the news to his two little brothers, find a roommate, and find the home of his dreams. Meanwhile, Ryan spends extra time with his crew before summer ends which causes an already sad Gretchen to feel abandoned. Ryan notices his mother's sadness and decides to do something special to celebrate his mom.
