Located on the Gulf Coast of the Sunshine State, Tampa, Florida is a gleaming city. But a dark cloud has steadily cast a shadow: the prescription drug abuse epidemic. Located just outside downtown, the Falkenberg Road Jail has a capacity of 3,000 inmates. And four miles away, the Orient Road jail has room for 1700. It's also the site of Intake, where men and women are processed into the jail. And Previtera says, "We are seeing more and more men and women arrive in our doors in a state of opiate withdrawal."
