The show Lottery Changed My Life follows the lives of lottery winners who, following their life-changing win, are catapulted into a new world of luxury, excess, and opportunity. Following the win, Marty bought a new home on the reservation and set about fulfilling his dream of opening a restaurant. The episode shows Marty working in his new restaurant, which serves traditional Native American dishes like buffalo burgers and fry bread.

The third story features a couple, Cheryl and Ron, who won $1.3 million playing the lottery. Cheryl had previously worked as a nurse on the reservation, while Ron had struggled with alcoholism. Following their win, the couple was able to buy a new home and Ron was able to quit drinking. The episode shows the couple enjoying their new wealth, taking trips on their Harley Davidson motorcycle and buying expensive gifts for their family members.

The final story focuses on a man named Jim, who won $1 million playing the lottery. Jim had previously worked as a fisherman and had struggled with alcoholism and drug addiction. Following his win, Jim was able to quit his job and move to a new home in the mountains. The episode shows Jim enjoying his new life, spending time in his home gym and taking his ATV out into the mountains.

Throughout the episode, viewers are introduced to the unique culture of the Fort Peck reservation and the challenges faced by its residents. The episode also highlights the positive impact that winning the lottery can have, allowing winners to fulfill their dreams and improve their quality of life.
