Hilary has her work cut out for her to overhaul their house and bring it back to life. She works to create space where the couple can spend more time together, with areas such as a shared closet which is reflective of the couple's style, while bringing their vision to life. David, on the other hand, needs to find them their perfect dream home, one that will cater to both parties' tastes and lifestyles. He takes them on a tour of some potential homes that could be what they are looking for but ultimately, it's up to them to decide whether to keep their old home or embark on a new adventure.

Lastly, the third story revolves around a new addition to a family, a baby girl, and the need to find more space. With a tight budget, Hilary works with the couple to create a more functional and cozy home. By adding a few touches of style and utilizing some of their existing assets, she ensures that the family has more space and is a more effective use of their money. Meanwhile, David takes them to see some homes that are more spacious, but asks whether this is what they really want.
