The fifth member of the group is played by Billy Zane, a wealthy man who invites the group to vacation at his luxurious villa in Belize. When they arrive in Belize, they are greeted by their friend Milo (Zane), who has made it big in the country and lives in a luxurious villa surrounded by beautiful scenery. But their holiday takes a dark and twisted turn when they witness the murder of a local, and are subsequently kidnapped, tortured and threatened by a ruthless drug lord, played by Enrique Murciano.

The tension of Mad Dogs builds up as the group tries to unravel the mystery behind what is really going on, and who really is behind the drug lord’s actions. But as they try to uncover the truth, they soon realize that the situation is much more complicated than they initially believed.
