Ep 6. The Ghost

A cold case from 1994, where a Jamaican national allegedly shot and killed a drug dealer and made off with his drugs and vanished, has now become hot. Sixteen years later, Marshals in Houston finally get wind of his alias and discover the fugitive is leaving the next morning for Jamaica. Will they have enough time to stop him before he leaves the country?
