He also meets a local chef who takes him out on a fishing boat to catch his own dinner - a truly authentic seafood experience.

In the final segment of the episode, Roger heads south to Louisiana to explore the state's famous seafood cuisine. He visits a restaurant that serves up classic Cajun dishes and tries their seafood gumbo, a hearty and flavorful stew with a variety of fresh seafood. He also visits a local oyster farm, where he learns about the process of growing and harvesting oysters.
