Ep 18. Surprise Me

When Jake returns, he's conflicted about his feelings for Gwen, and he and Annie get into a huge fight. Annie accuses him of still being in love with Gwen, and Jake denies it. They both storm off, leaving Kevin to mediate.

Meanwhile, Dennah finally confronts Gil and tells him that she's not ready to get married. Gil is disappointed but understanding, and the two agree to work on their relationship.

In the end, Annie and Jake make up and apologize to each other. They realize that they're both stressed out about the wedding and that they need to take a step back and enjoy the moment. As the episode comes to a close, Annie's dad surprises her with a heartfelt wedding gift, and Gwen leaves town, giving Jake some closure.
