Miss Seventeen was a reality television series that first aired on MTV in 2005. The show involved 17 teenage girls vying for the title of Miss Seventeen and a chance to win a modeling contract. The girls were selected from a nationwide casting call and ranged in age from 16 to 19 years old.

Throughout the show, the girls lived together in a Los Angeles mansion and competed in a variety of challenges, including photo shoots, commercial auditions, and runway shows. Each episode focused on a different theme or aspect of the modeling industry, such as fitness, makeup, or fashion.

The challenges were judged by a panel of industry experts, including modeling agents, photographers, and designers. The judges evaluated the girls' performance based on their modeling skills, personality, and overall appearance.

In addition to the challenges, the show also delved into the personal lives of the contestants. Viewers were able to see the girls interact and form friendships, as well as deal with the stresses of being in a competitive environment. The show highlighted the girls' struggles and successes as they worked towards their dream of becoming a successful model.

Throughout the season, the girls were eliminated one by one until only three remained. These final three girls then competed in a final challenge to determine the winner of the Miss Seventeen title. The winner was announced in the final episode, and she received a modeling contract and a feature in a magazine spread.

Miss Seventeen was an entertaining and informative show that gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the modeling industry. The show combined elements of drama, competition, and reality to create a unique viewing experience. It also provided young girls with a positive role model and a glimpse of the hard work and dedication required to succeed in the modeling world.

Overall, Miss Seventeen was a fun and engaging show that offered a fresh take on the reality television genre. While the show only aired for one season, it left a lasting impression on viewers and helped launch the careers of several aspiring models.

The ten remaining girls relax with a little yoga before being interrupted with some amazing news from Atoosa. Turns out that the house is bigger then they thought. The girls are shocked and amazed to find a key that unlocks a door to their upstairs bedroom, where a bed and new makeup case awaits each of them. The next day while the gang breaks in their new makeup, Leah makes it clear that she couldn't care less about the internship. She says that she signed up for this show for one reason and one reason only: "to become famous." Later the girls are charged with creating a $20-a-day girl's guide to New York City, for which they will have to track down such places as "the best deal," "best make out place," and "where the hot boys roam." The girls are split into two groups, one headed by Connie and the other headed by a very gung ho Brianne. The girls hit the streets of New York City the next day. Connie's team runs into some camera trouble and has to improvise, grabbing a disposable camera and pushing on. Elsewhere in the city, Brianne is driving her team crazy. In fact, the rest of the team begins to feel that she is their biggest challenge. In the end, the two groups find what they are looking for and head back to the house to get to work. After all is said and done, Atoosa chooses Team Connie's project over Team Brianne's, saying that Connie's team has been more successful at speaking to the readers of Seventeen. Brianne cannot believe her team's defeat, and fears she will be left off the list. However, when the list is revealed all are shocked to see that it is Leah's name that is missing. Atoosa sees all. Let that be a warning to any other would-be celebs in the group.

Brianne is particularly nervous because Atoosa is her ultimate role-model. They arrive and are surprised to see that although the restaraunt is fancy, they will be eating burgers and fries. Atoosa asks each girl to introduce herself and share one personal fact. The next morning, the girls are shocked to hear that seven of them will be sent home. Atoosa explains the importance of first impressions, and reveals a list of the girls who are chosen to stay. Now that there are only ten girls left, the girl's competitive sides really begin to show, with Jill admitting that she's "not here to make friends."
