Ep 10. Thin Ice

Eustace is working to build a new cabin on his land, but his progress is hampered by the extreme cold. He seeks advice from an expert on building in cold weather, hoping to find a way to stay warm on his job site.

Finally, Tom Oar, who lives in the Yaak Valley of Montana, is busy preparing for the spring thaw. He needs to move his belongings, including his horses, across a river before the snow melts and turns it into a raging rapid. With the help of some friends, Tom works to create a makeshift bridge that will allow him to move everything safely and quickly.

As always, the men on Mountain Men are faced with challenges and obstacles as they strive to live off the land. Each of their stories in "Thin Ice" highlights the grit and determination that it takes to survive in the wilderness, and viewers are left on the edge of their seats wondering how these men will handle the challenges that lie ahead.
