As the winter cold sets in and snow blankets the land in the backcountry of America, the Mountain Men are in for a tough ride in the latest episode titled 'Snowblind'. Follow the lives of Eustace Conway, Tom Oar, Marty Meierotto, and Rich Lewis as they continue to fend for themselves and their families in the harsh wilderness.

The episode begins with Eustace Conway, who is trying to get his sawmill up and running before the snow covers everything. He needs to get everything in place before it's too late, or he and his employees will be snowed in. As he begins putting his equipment together, he realizes he has a broken bolt that needs to be removed. After several attempts and with the help of his employee, he eventually manages to remove the bolt.

Meanwhile, Tom Oar is out checking his trap lines. He is snowmobiling through the woods, and as he is setting up a trap, he realizes that he has forgotten to bring an important piece of equipment with him. He desperately needs to catch a beaver if he is going to survive the winter, and the missing piece means his chance might have disappeared. He begins to worry about how he's going to survive if he can't catch a beaver.

Marty Meierotto has his own challenges to face. He’s dealing with the aftermath of his tragic accident last season, which left him with a concussion. He’s struggling to adjust to the changes in himself, such as his memory lapses, which make it difficult to prepare for the winter as he usually does. He is forced to rely on his family to help him with his tasks, like tagging and preparing fur.

Lastly, Rich Lewis, who is known for his hunting skills in the show, is struck by a dangerous avalanche in the Alaskan mountains. The event leads to him being snowblind for a while. He trips over a log and takes a nasty fall, causing snow to spray down all around him. He is unable to see out of his snow-smeared goggles, so he blindly climbs up the side of the mountain. It’s a precarious climb, but he manages to make it back to his cabin.

Overall, in this riveting episode of Mountain Men, the characters are in full survival mode. They are coping with the harsh winter weather and trying to keep their respective homesteads in order. They must endure the freezing temperatures, unpredictable weather, and hazardous terrain, to care for their family, make ends meet, and stay on the path of self-sufficiency. Each of them faces their own set of challenges and obstacles, but they are all working to overcome them in their unique ways. The episode culminates with the Mountain Men ready for a tough winter, fully aware that the wilderness waits for no one, the harsh weather is unforgiving, and the unpredictable nature of the land can be deadly.
