The land, which he had hoped to turn into a sustainable farming operation, turns out to be unusable due to issues with the soil and water quality. With his dreams of self-sufficiency in jeopardy, Eustace must reassess his priorities and find a new way forward.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to stunning shots of the pristine wilderness, as well as intimate glimpses into the daily lives of these hardworking and determined individuals.
