In the season 1 episode 7 of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, titled "Dragonshy," the ponies of Ponyville are getting ready for the annual dragon migration. However, when they reach the cave where the dragons are supposed to be, they find that there is only one dragon present and that he is very sick. The ponies quickly realize that they need to find a way to help the dragon or the whole of Equestria could be in trouble.
Fluttershy, who is known for her way with animals, takes charge of the situation and convinces the other ponies to let her try and help the dragon. They all agree, but not before Rainbow Dash tells Fluttershy that she needs to toughen up if she wants to help anypony. Fluttershy, who is normally quite timid, takes this advice to heart and resolves to be brave and strong.
Fluttershy approaches the cave where the dragon is and is immediately intimidated by its size and power. However, she manages to coolly assess the situation and realizes that the dragon is not aggressive, just sick and frightened. She tries to talk to him, but the dragon just growls and snaps at her. Undeterred, Fluttershy decides to try a different approach and heads back to Ponyville to gather materials for a healing potion.
Fluttershy returns with the potion and tries to approach the dragon again. This time, the dragon becomes aggressive and starts to attack her. Fluttershy doesn't give up, though, and manages to evade the dragon's attacks while pouring the potion down his throat. The potion works and the dragon starts to feel better. He thanks Fluttershy and takes off into the sky, signaling the other dragons to join him for the migration.
The ponies of Ponyville are relieved and grateful to Fluttershy for her bravery and quick thinking. They all learn a lesson about the importance of being brave and resourceful in the face of challenges. As the episode comes to a close, Fluttershy reflects on her newfound courage and realizes that she doesn't have to be tough to be brave. She just needs to believe in herself and her abilities.
