Brea’s addiction to eating sand has gotten so out of hand that she spends hours each day searching for different types of sand to eat and carries a small container of sand with her wherever she goes. She also admits that her addiction has caused her to suffer from stomach issues and tooth decay.
Throughout the episode, both Nicole and Brea seek help for their addictions and try to overcome their compulsions. They both attend therapy sessions and receive guidance from professionals who specialize in treating addiction.
