Ep 2. Love? Friendship? Nana and Shouji

Nana season 1 episode 2, titled "Love? Friendship? Nana and Shouji," follows the two Nanas, Osaki and Komatsu, as they settle into their new apartment in Tokyo. Osaki is drawn to Ren's talent and aloof demeanor, finding him mysterious and alluring. As their band begins to climb the ranks, Osaki and Ren's feelings begin to develop into something more, growing closer together with each passing day.

As both Nanas navigate their new relationships, they begin to discover the complexities of love and friendship. Komatsu sees Shouji as more than just a friend, but worries about the potential consequences of pursuing a relationship with him. And while Osaki is thrilled to be with Ren, she begins to question whether his mysterious ways are something she can handle long-term.

Through it all, the two Nanas support each other, lending a listening ear and empathetic shoulder to cry on as they navigate their new lives in Tokyo.
