In this episode, Don's goal is to uncover some of these hidden gems - places where the public is not allowed and that are hard to access.
The first stop on Don's journey is the Woolworth Building - one of the country's oldest skyscrapers and an architectural masterpiece. He also discovers a secret passageway that was once used by executives to avoid paparazzi.

The subway has been under construction for nearly 100 years and the anticipated opening date has been pushed back many times. Don explores the underground tunnels and stops to chat with some of the engineers working on the project. He also shares some amazing facts about the subway system, such as the fact that it will add 16 new subway stops to the city and reduce rider time by 30%.
Don's third stop on his journey takes him under the Manhattan Bridge at Dumbo, Brooklyn, where he discovers the world's first fully automated parking garage. The garage, which was built by the world-renowned car company Volkswagen, is designed to encourage city residents to ditch their cars and use the city's public transit system. During his visit, Don learns how the garage works, how to park, and gets a chance to look at some of the incredible cars on display.
The fourth and final place that Don explores during this episode is the High Line - a unique public park built on an abandoned elevated railroad track.
