Ep 5. Dreamcatcher

Emma Swan, the savior of Storybrooke, is still struggling with her newly regained memories from the Enchanted Forest. As she tries to come to terms with her past, a new threat emerges in the form of the Dark Swan. Her loved ones are determined to save her from this dark path she has taken, but it won't be easy.

In "Dreamcatcher," the fifth episode of Once Upon a Time's fifth season, Emma is convinced by her new friend, Merida, to help her retrieve a magical artifact that can help her save her kingdom. However, the mission proves to be much more dangerous than they anticipated, as they must face off against a powerful monster that guards the artifact.

Meanwhile, the rest of the gang back in Storybrooke are dealing with their own issues. Belle is still struggling with her feelings for Rumplestiltskin, who is now back in town and claiming to have changed his wicked ways. Hook is worried about Emma's well-being, and seeks out Regina's help in saving her. And Regina is dealing with her own inner struggles, as she tries to come to terms with her newly-found happiness with Robin Hood while still grappling with her past as the Evil Queen.

As the episode progresses, the stakes become higher and higher for everyone involved. Emma's pursuit of the dreamcatcher leads her down a dangerous path, as she starts to give into her dark urges more and more. Regina's magic becomes more unstable as she deals with her conflicting emotions. And Belle must make a difficult decision about her future with Rumplestiltskin.

"Dreamcatcher" is a thrilling and emotionally-packed episode, as the characters continue to grapple with the consequences of their actions. The show's writers continue to do an excellent job of creating intertwined storylines and complex character arcs that keep viewers engaged and invested in the show's world. Fans of Once Upon a Time will not be disappointed with this episode, which delivers just the right amount of action, drama, and heart.
