This news causes David to become furious, realizing that he has spent his whole life running from this murder, and he didn't even commit it. John becomes determined to find his the other shooter that was in the alley that night, the shooter that really killed his father. Spencer is shocked to learn that Todd is the newest member of the hospital board, and through gentle persuasion, Todd convinces the hospital board to put Spencer on probation. Kevin apologizes to Clint, and is re-hired at Buchanan Enterprises, and Clint and Kevin both agree to a small memorial to Duke in the front lobby. Dorian soon arrives, and when Clint hears her lashing out at Kevin for what he's done to Kelly, he breaks things off with her.
