Ep 47. The Wait Is Over! the Return of Captain Buggy!

As the crew of the Going Merry continues their journey towards the Grand Line, they find themselves at the bustling town of Loguetown. While Nami and Usopp take the opportunity to do some shopping, Luffy and the rest of the crew head to the local bar, where they hear rumors of a familiar face returning to the town.

Captain Buggy, an old foe of Luffy's, is making a comeback after his defeat at the hands of the Straw Hat crew in the past. His reappearance has caused a stir among the town's people, with some fearing his wrath and others desperate to see him once again. Luffy, on the other hand, is excited by the prospect of facing off against Buggy again and reaffirming his own strength.

While waiting for Buggy's arrival, Luffy and his crew come across a young girl named Apis, who is on the run from the marines. What follows is a battle-filled episode with plenty of twists and turns, as Luffy and his crew come face to face with not only Buggy, but also the marines who are hot on their trail.
