Luffy and his crew finally arrive at Water 7 after sailing for weeks. Upon arrival, they meet the Franky Family, a group of ship dismantlers who take them to their headquarters. The Franky Family offers to help the Straw Hats repair their ship, the Going Merry, but it quickly becomes apparent that the ship is beyond repair.

Meanwhile, Franky, the leader of the Franky Family, has a run-in with the Marines. He is saved by the arrival of his "savior," the Sea Train known as Rocketman. The Marines try to board the Sea Train, but Franky and his crew fend them off.

Later, the Straw Hats learn about the Sea Train and its importance to the city of Water 7. They decide to take a ride on the Rocketman to learn more about it. However, during the ride, they are attacked by the Galley-La Company, a group of shipbuilders who are in a conflict with the Franky Family.

In the midst of the chaos, Luffy and his crew must work together with the Rocketman's conductor, Kokoro, to protect the Sea Train from destruction. Rocketman also has a secret power that they must utilize to save the day.

The episode is filled with action-packed moments as the Straw Hats and the Franky Family face off against the Galley-La Company. It also introduces a new character, Kokoro, who will play a vital role in the upcoming arcs of the series. Overall, Another Sea Train? Rocketman Charges Forth! is an exciting addition to the One Piece series.
