Larry the Cable Guy is back with another episode of Only in America, and this time he's getting whipped – figuratively speaking, of course. In season 3 episode 15, Larry Gets Whipped, our favorite comedian and cultural guru is heading to the Midwest to learn all about one of the region's most famous exports: the leather whip.

With his signature denim overalls and Southern drawl, Larry travels to a small town in Illinois called Greenup, where he meets up with a man who is known as the "whip whisperer." This expert whip maker, who goes by the name of Adam, takes Larry under his wing and shows him the ropes of whip making. Together, the two men set out to craft a whip from scratch, and Larry quickly discovers that whip making is not for the faint of heart.

As Larry and Adam work on the whip, they discuss the history of whip making in the Midwest. Larry learns that whip making has been a tradition in the region for over a century, starting with cowboys who used whips to herd cattle on the prairies. Nowadays, whip making has become more of an art form than a practical skill, with many artisans creating beautiful and intricate whips for collectors and enthusiasts.

But whipping isn't the only thing on Larry's agenda for this episode. He also travels to St. Louis, Missouri to check out a unique museum dedicated to the history of the city's most famous dish: the toasted ravioli. Larry gets a crash course in the origins of toasted ravioli, which is a deep-fried version of the classic Italian dish that has become a staple of St. Louis cuisine. And of course, Larry can't leave the museum without trying some toasted ravioli for himself.

Next up, Larry heads to the town of Marshall, Michigan to check out one of the most unusual museums he's ever seen: a collection of over 1,500 bells. The museum is run by a woman named Carol, who has been collecting bells for over 60 years. Carol takes Larry on a tour of the museum, showing him some of her favorite bells and explaining the history and significance of each one. Larry is fascinated by the collection, and even gets to try his hand at ringing some of the bells himself.

Finally, Larry heads to Omaha, Nebraska to visit a local brewery and learn about the art of brewing beer. He meets up with the brewery's head brewer, who takes him on a tour of the facility and explains the process of brewing beer from start to finish. Larry gets to try a variety of different beers, and even gets to lend a hand in the brewing process.

Through his travels in the Midwest, Larry discovers that there's a lot more to this region than just cornfields and cowboys. From whip making to toasted ravioli to bell collections, Larry uncovers some of the unique and fascinating aspects of the Midwest's culture and history. So sit back, crack open a cold one, and get ready to learn about the wonders of the Midwest in Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy season 3 episode 15 – Larry Gets Whipped.
