Ep 2. Confederate Conundrum

In the second episode of the first season of Pawn Stars, entitled "Confederate Conundrum," the team at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop is presented with a collection of Confederate Civil War artifacts by a man who inherited them from his grandfather. The collection includes items such as a rifle, bayonet, and belt buckle, along with a Confederate bond.

As the team inspects each item, they try to determine the historical value of the collection. Chumlee is enthusiastic about the items and tries to convince the others that they should buy the collection, but Rick is hesitant due to the controversial nature of Confederate memorabilia.

Meanwhile, another customer brings in an antique corn grinder, which the team decides to restore. Rick and his son Corey work together to bring the vintage piece back to its former glory, using their expertise in mechanical repair and restoration.

As the episode comes to a close, the team must decide whether to purchase the Confederate collection, and if so, how to handle it responsibly.
