Ep 2. Wheels

In the second episode of Pawn Stars season 2, titled "Wheels," the Harrison family is presented with several unique items related to transportation. At the start of the episode, Rick's son, Corey, brings in his electric scooter to show his father and grandfather. While Rick is initially unimpressed, he ultimately decides to try it out and ends up surprising everyone by zooming around the shop.

The first customer to come in with a transportation-related item is a man selling a vintage bicycle. The bicycle, which was made by the Schwinn company in the 1940s, is in surprisingly good condition and features several original parts. Rick and the customer haggle over the price, with Rick ultimately agreeing to purchase the bike for a fair amount. He plans to display it in the shop for some time before selling it to a collector who will truly appreciate it.

Next up is a man who has brought in a set of four rims that he claims came from a Rolls-Royce. The rims are large and sturdy, with a distinctive chrome finish. However, the catch is that the man has absolutely no proof that they actually came from a Rolls-Royce. Rick is hesitant to make an offer without any verification, but Corey takes a chance and ends up buying the rims for a small sum. The shop plans to do some research and reach out to collectors to see if they can determine the rims' true origin.

The most interesting item of the episode is a go-kart that a man is looking to sell. The go-kart is a model that was produced in the 1950s and features a fiberglass body, three wheels, and a tiny engine. Rick is fascinated by the go-kart and decides to take it for a spin around the shop. However, he quickly discovers that the kart is not as easy to control as he thought and ends up bumping into a few things. Despite his mishaps, Rick agrees to buy the go-kart and plans to restore it to its former glory.

In addition to the transportation-related items, the episode also features a few interactions with the pawn shop's usual cast of characters. Chumlee tries to impress his coworkers by coming up with a creative new business idea, while Rick's father, known as "The Old Man," continues to hold court in his usual grumpy fashion. Overall, "Wheels" is an entertaining episode that showcases the variety of interesting items that come through the doors of the pawn shop.
