Ash, Pikachu, and their friends have arrived in the Fula City, where they plan to participate in a local festival and battle tournament. As they explore the city, they notice a number of people wearing strange masks that seem to be warning them away from certain areas.
Curious, Ash and his friends begin investigating the mysterious masks, and soon stumble upon a secret underground society that is using the masks to intimidate and control the people of Fula City. With the help of their Pokemon, Ash and the gang embark on a mission to stop the masked villains and restore peace to the city.
