They have been sent by Mistress Nine to assist Eudial in her mission to capture the pure heart crystals, but they seem more interested in getting to know the Sailor Scouts than in carrying out their mission.
As the episode progresses, the Scouts find themselves in a series of battles with both Eudial and the Witches 5. They struggle to keep the pure heart crystals safe while also trying to understand the motivations of the Witches 5. In the end, they are able to collaborate with the friendly villains to defeat Eudial and stop her from capturing any more pure heart crystals.
