The Prison of the Evil Eye is the tenth episode of Samurai Girls season 1. The episode starts with the introduction of a new character named Kanetsugu Naoe. She is a former member of the Great Japan, but now works for the Toyotomi army. Kanetsugu is a lively girl who likes to make friends quickly, and she seems to be interested in Muneakira Yagyu, the protagonist of Samurai Girls.

Meanwhile, Yagyu, Jubei, and the other girls are training hard to improve their skills. They believe that they need to become stronger if they want to fight against Gisen Yagyu, who is known as the strongest Master Samurai in the land. The girls are aware of the danger Gisen represents to their city, and they are determined to do everything in their power to stop her.

As the girls training goes on, Kanetsugu is shown to be quite skillful. She was initially introduced as a comic relief, but as the episode progresses, it becomes apparent that she is an experienced fighter and possesses some unusual techniques. Her techniques are different from those of the other girls, and they catch Yagyu's attention.

While the group is training, they are interrupted by a sudden attack from Gisen's followers. The girls quickly prepare for battle, and a fierce fight breaks out. During the battle, Kanetsugu uses her unique techniques to help Jubei and the other girls. Her fighting style is unlike anything the girls have ever seen before, and they are impressed. The girls eventually emerge victorious from the fight, but they are all baffled by Kanetsugu's abilities.

After the battle, the group decides to investigate Kanetsugu's background. They want to know how she learned such unique techniques. Kanetsugu reveals that she was imprisoned in a facility known as the Prison of the Evil Eye. The prison is a secret facility where the Toyotomi army keeps its most dangerous enemies. The prisoners in the facility are subjected to various forms of torture until they agree to work for the Toyotomi army.

Kanetsugu was imprisoned in the facility after she lost a battle against the Toyotomi army. At the facility, she was subjected to brutal torture, and her eyes were replaced with a device called the Evil Eye. The device, attached to her forehead, amplifies her senses and grants her unique abilities. The Evil Eye is also used to control Kanetsugu, and she is under orders from the Toyotomi army to capture Jubei and the other girls.

Kanetsugu's revelation shocks the group, and they decide to launch an assault on the Prison of the Evil Eye. The girls sneak into the facility, where they are confronted by the facility's guard. The group easily subdues the guard, and they quickly make their way inside the facility.

Inside the facility, the girls encounter several prisoners who are being subjected to brutal torture. The girls are horrified by the torture that is being carried out in the facility, and they vow to destroy the Toyotomi army and put an end to their cruel practices. After a series of battles with guards and prisoners, the group finally reaches Kanetsugu's cell.

The girls attempt to free Kanetsugu, but they are attacked by a mysterious figure. The figure is revealed to be Sen Tokugawa, the leader of the Toyotomi army. Sen is a formidable enemy, and she easily defeats the girls in battle. However, when she tries to take Jubei, Jubei awakens to her full power and overwhelms Sen. Jubei then uses her power to destroy the prison and free the prisoners.

After the prison is destroyed, Kanetsugu is free to leave. She thanks the girls for their help and vows to fight against the Toyotomi army. The group is happy to have found a new ally in their fight against the Toyotomi army, and they return to their training with renewed determination.
