Ep 7. XXXIII

He realizes that he has been too focused on defeating Aku and finding a way back to his own time, and has neglected the people he has encountered on his journey. He resolves to be more mindful of others in the future, and to fight for the greater good rather than just his own personal goals.

Eventually, Jack manages to escape from the pit and continues his journey. The episode ends with him walking towards the horizon, determined to continue his quest and defeat Aku once and for all.
