Slayers Season 1 Episode 13 Money! Knock Out Those Bounty Hunters!

Lina and Gourry find themselves in a bit of a financial bind in episode 13 of Slayers season 1, titled Money! Knock Out Those Bounty Hunters!. They soon discover that they have a bounty on their heads, and a number of bounty hunters are after them to claim the reward. While they are distracted, Lina and Gourry make a run for it, but not before Lina makes a quick stop at a local jewelry store. While Gourry is confused about why they are stopping at the store, Lina explains that she needs to sell a valuable pendant in order to pay off the bounty hunters and clear their names.

At the store, Lina tries to haggle with the store owner, but he is uninterested in buying the pendant, as he believes that it is cursed. Lina insists that it isn't cursed, and eventually the store owner agrees to buy it from her, but for much less than she had hoped.

With the money in hand, Lina and Gourry are able to pay off the bounty hunters, and are no longer wanted criminals. However, their troubles are far from over. As they leave the small town, they are ambushed by an even bigger group of bounty hunters, who have heard about the huge bounty on their heads. Lina and Gourry fight valiantly, but they are outnumbered and outmatched.

Just when it seems like all hope is lost, a mysterious swordsman appears and helps Lina and Gourry. The swordsman is incredibly skilled, and together they are able to defeat the bounty hunters. Lina is intrigued by the swordsman, and asks him to join them on their journey.

The episode ends with Lina, Gourry, and the swordsman setting off together on a new adventure, as they try to uncover the mystery behind Lina's pendant, and the curse that it may or may not hold.

Overall, Money! Knock Out Those Bounty Hunters! is a fun and exciting episode of Slayers, filled with action, comedy, and a bit of intrigue. Lina's quick thinking and clever tricks make for some entertaining moments, and the introduction of the swordsman adds a new dynamic to the group dynamic.
