The animation style of the show is charmingly retro, with bold colors, exaggerated character designs, and plenty of comic book-style sound effects. The voice acting is also a highlight, with Paul Soles bringing a wry sense of humor and derring-do to his portrayal of Peter Parker/Spider-Man, and Bernard Cowan's gruff, bombastic line readings as J. Jonah Jameson providing a perfect foil to Spider-Man's heroism.
