A single ladies' man and his recently-divorced roommate are pushed to their breaking points when they are left with an empty house and a sick pet cat. Tempers flare as these two learn to cope with sharing their living space in ways they never expected and find surprising spiritual growth along the way.

Rai and Patty, a newly married couple from different backgrounds, learn just how strong their bond is when they relinquish all material possessions. Throughout their journey, these two women cope with being stripped differently, but both look to open doors to new chapters in their lives. By the end, they uncover unexpected truths about themselves and each other.

Two single sisters, Autianna and Jaseena

Fitness model, Ariana, and her school teacher boyfriend, Ryan, have their relationship put to an intense test. After being stripped, tensions rise as they struggle with the items they choose to bring back into their lives. Throughout the journey, the couple confronts various issues while trying to survive and grow closer. In the end, they must decide if their bond is strong enough to make it.

In the premiere, Ali and her husband Justin, an unlikely L.A. couple who have accumulated close to 10,000 items in their home, agree to the experience hoping to assess and adjust their priorities. A career-driven fashion stylist, Ali is often at odds with the more frugal Justin, an accountant with his sights set on growing their family.
