After a busy week, Bugs and Daffy are looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home. However, their plans are thwarted when Porky Pig shows up at their doorstep with a giant truffle he found in the forest. Porky is convinced that the truffle is worth a fortune and wants Bugs and Daffy's help to sell it.
As soon as they see the truffle, Bugs and Daffy agree that it is indeed massive and could fetch a good price. They set out to find a buyer and stumble upon a food critic who is in town for a food festival. The critic is highly impressed with the truffle and agrees to buy it from them for a large sum of money.
Overjoyed with their success, Bugs, Daffy, and Porky head to the food festival where the critic is going to present the truffle. However, things take a turn for the worse when they discover that the truffle has gone missing. Without the truffle, the critic is unable to present his dish and the festival is ruined.

During their search, they encounter many other Looney Tunes characters who are also looking for the truffle including Yosemite Sam, Marvin the Martian, and Tweety Bird. The search leads them on a wild adventure as they encounter various mishaps and setbacks.
As they get closer to finding the truffle, Bugs and Daffy realize that it was stolen by a group of thieves who are planning to sell it to the highest bidder. With the help of their friends, Bugs and Daffy come up with a plan to retrieve the truffle and return it to the food critic.
In the end, Bugs, Daffy, Porky, and their friends successfully retrieve the truffle and return it to the food critic just in time for him to present his dish. The dish is a huge success and the food critic is very pleased. Bugs and Daffy are also rewarded for their bravery and ingenuity with a large sum of money.
