Ep 3. The Legend of Boggy Ben

In episode 3 of ThunderCats Roar season 1, titled The Legend of Boggy Ben, the ThunderCats embark on a journey to find the legendary monster called Boggy Ben. Lion-O and Tygra are convinced that the monster is real and want to capture it, but Panthro is skeptical and thinks it's just a myth.

The ThunderCats set out into the wilderness, where they encounter various obstacles, including a treacherous swamp filled with dangerous creatures. As they make their way deeper into the swamp, they hear strange noises that they believe are coming from Boggy Ben.

Meanwhile, the ThunderKittens, WilyKit and WilyKat, have been left behind at the Lair and are determined to prove that they're just as capable as the older ThunderCats. They take it upon themselves to defend the Lair from an attack by the mutant Slithe and his army.

Back in the swamp, the ThunderCats eventually come face to face with Boggy Ben, who turns out to be a friendly creature who just wants to be left alone. They learn that the legend of Boggy Ben was created as a way to scare off humans and protect the creature's habitat.

The ThunderCats are not the only ones who have been searching for Boggy Ben, however. An evil scientist named Dr. Dometome has also been searching for the creature so that he can capture it and use it for his experiments.

When Dr. Dometome and his minions arrive in the swamp, the ThunderCats team up with Boggy Ben to fight them off and protect the creature's home. In the end, they are successful in driving off the evil scientist and his henchmen.

The episode ends with the ThunderCats returning to the Lair, where the ThunderKittens proudly show off the traps they set to defend it. Lion-O compliments them on their bravery and the four of them share a laugh, bringing the episode to a close.
