Tom and Richard do a final taste test of each dish and take notes on the chefs' technical skills, creativity, and overall execution. After a few tense moments of deliberation, Tom announces the top two chefs who will move on to the Redemption Round.

The Redemption Round brings a twist to the competition. The two remaining chefs are presented with a dish that was previously created by one of the chefs who is still in the main competition. They must then recreate the dish from memory, without any recipe or notes to follow. They have 45 minutes to recreate the dish as accurately as possible.

The chefs start to sweat as they try to remember the ingredients and techniques used in the original dish. The clock ticks away faster than they would like, and the pressure to get the dish right is intense. As they work, Tom and Richard watch closely, commenting on their technique and offering advice where needed.

Once the time is up, Tom and Richard taste the dishes side by side and evaluate how well each chef did in recreating the dish. The chef who comes closest to replicating the original dish wins the challenge and moves on to the next round. The chef who falls short is eliminated from the competition for good.
