The thief, named Utu, manages to locate a sword and quickly takes it. The group then meets up at the temple's central chamber, where they use the artifacts to open the hidden door that leads to the underground entrance to the tower.

As they enter the underground route, the group is ambushed by a group of undead monsters. The group manages to fight off the attackers, but they are left exhausted and injured. While resting, they discuss their next course of action and decide to take a break and heal for a day before continuing their journey.

Before We Depart is a thrilling episode that showcases the skills and abilities of Jil and his companions.
