Tribe Cool Crew is an anime television series that revolves around the story of a young boy, Haneru Tobitatsu, who has a passion for dancing. In season 1 episode 2 titled "E 2", Haneru continues his dancing journey by making new friends, discovering new dance styles, and facing new challenges.

The episode begins with Haneru and his friends entering a dance competition organized by the city. There, they meet an experienced dancer named Yuji Ando who offers to give the young dancers some tips on their performances. Yuji seems a bit arrogant at first, but as the episode progresses, we learn more about his backstory and the reasons behind his attitude.

Apart from preparing for the upcoming competition, Haneru learns about a new dance style called "lockin". Lockin is a type of dance that involves locking or freezing certain parts of the body while moving others in rhythm with the music. Haneru is fascinated by this new style and decides to incorporate it into his dancing routine, but it proves to be a challenging task.

As the competition day arrives, everyone is excited and nervous. Haneru and his friends perform their routine flawlessly, but they are up against some tough competition. Yuji, who had earlier promised to watch their performance, seems to be absent. They soon realize that he has also entered the competition and is their biggest competition.

During Yuji's performance, Haneru notices that he is struggling with a certain move and immediately signals to his team to incorporate the same move into their routine. They perform the move flawlessly, impressing the judges and the audience. In the end, Haneru's team wins the competition, but more importantly, they learn the value of teamwork, hard work and never giving up.
