  • Haneru and the rest of Tri-Cool celebrate after defeating Gold and Silver, but end up having to face Gallagher and the Dance Roid.

  • Blossom Bullets and Tribe Cool Crew show Gold, Silver, and Gallagher that they've inherited Jey's moves of spirit.

  • The Crowd High duo of Gold and Silver blow the roof off the place and declare themselves the best dancers in the world. Yuji takes exception to this and, along with the rest of Blossom Bullets, decides to challenge them head-on.

  • Gallagher, believing the Jey El Project is simply self-service, takes Mabel hostage and pressures the Dance Road contestants into a dance battle against the Crowd High trendsetters. Just then, Momiji appears, revealing the secrets behind Crowd High, including the adverse effects on the body and mind, though is forced to flee before she can explain what Gallagher is scheming. As Momiji is approached by Hewitt, the dance battle commences, with many of the teams falling under the power of Crowd High. Kumo and Mizuki step up to face Lui and Moe once again, winning against them after the physical toll on Lui and Moe's bodies finally affects them. However, Gallagher then brings out his top trendsetters, Gold and Silver.

  • With it being summer festival season, Haneru's dad is all fired up about manning the drums during the Bunchaka Festival. But Haneru doesn't want to help this year because he wants to focus on dance. This sets off a huge argument between the two, making the mood in the Tobitatsu home stormy in the middle of summer.

  • Haneru's summer homework isn't getting anywhere. Koji proposes that the three of them work on a research project together.

  • Kanon heads to the shopping mall to buy a birthday present for her mom, where she and Ayumu run into Team Sakura. They get dragged into a performance contest, where the living embodiment of evil, Kumodeon, proves to be the X-factor.

  • Following Kumo's recovery, the gang head to the beach for a training camp. There, Kumo comes across a mysterious girl named Hotaru who once witnessed Jey dancing on the very same beach, making the ocean shine. Upon checking into their hotel, Kumo learns that Hotaru was the owner's daughter who had been gone for ten years ago. Wanting to fulfil his promise to Hotaru, Kumo asks the gang to help make the ocean shine with their moves. Together, the gang performs moves similar to Jey and make the ocean light up, which is later revealed to be caused by water fireflies reacting to their dance. The next day, Kumo is surprised to see Hotaru alive and well as a married woman, leaving Kumo to wonder who the girl he met really was.

  • According to Lui and Moe, the emotion poured into Crowd High's moves is rage—the desire to dye the world in one's own colors. When Haneru gives it a shot, he's overcome by a sensation of becoming bigger and stronger than before. It really amps him up and makes his body perform the moves naturally.

  • Crowd High's become a massive movement. So much so that Lui & Moe make television appearances, and everyone at Haneru's school practices it during breaks. Haneru takes in this sight with complicated feelings. The fact that his beloved Jey had never touched Crowd High preys on his mind.

  • It's finally time for the fourth round of Dance Road! Team Sakura and the Explos1ve Machine Guns are at the venue, too. In this round, only two of the teams can progress to the next round. After receiving a message from Jey himself and getting all fired up, everyone took on the challenge of Dance Road and the fourth round's theme, "change."

  • With the next round of Dance Road almost upon them, Tri-Cool focus on practice, but that's when Kumo goes and gets himself hurt. The injury is diagnosed as needing one whole month to heal, meaning Kumo can't participate in Dance Road. Haneru and gang promise to Kumo that they'll definitely make it through the next round together, but they can't figure out a way to cover for his absence.

  • Team Sakura and the Explos1ve Machine Guns looking for new challenges gives Tribe Cool Crew a rather rude awakening. Meanwhile, the forbidden taboo, Crowd High, begins to gain massive popularity around the world. Unable to take this lying down, Haneru pleads with the rest of the group to get more pumped up.

  • Hiroto, Haneru's classmate, is always at his throat, and even ends up angering him when he says he doesn't want to watch him dance.

  • A stranger calls out to Kanon on her way back from school. Turns out he's the president of a talent agency, and that he looked into popular Internet sensation Rhythm to find out that it was Kanon behind the mask. Now, he wants to recruit her to his agency.

  • Haneru and Kanon end up fighting over which of "Squid's Whistle" and "Squirt Serenade," their preferred snacks respectively, is better. It's a trivial argument, but having let the chance to apologize slip by, the two find it hard to make up. And after hearing about it, Mizuki and Yuzuru get into the same argument and, instead of smoothing things over between the two, only make things worse. What's more, Yuji appears in front of Haneru and Kanon, and turns it into the worst-case scenario.

  • At long last, Jey El's world tour makes its way to Japan, and Haneru can hardly wait for the concert. With their tickets in hand, every member of Tribe Cool Crew is excited for the day to come. At the same time, Master T catches wind of some very ominous news: that someone hired a sniper to take Jey out.

  • Haneru and Kanon follow Mizuki to a construction site, where she and Kumo once used to practice. She wanted to take one last look at the place since she heard it was getting torn down.

  • During practice one day, Kanon's told to try coming up with a special move that makes use of her strengths. As usual, she starts overthinking it, forcing Ayumu to tell her off.

  • Yuji's three-man team, the Explosive Machine Guns, take the stage to perform after Tribe Cool Crew. Their lightning moves are so exhilarating that the audience can't take their eyes off them. Haneru and Kanon were no exceptions, as they were utterly entranced by their steps.

  • The day of the Dance Road auditions is finally arrives. The map in their invite leads the members of Tribe Cool Crew to a Sunday morning business district, but they find nobody there. Suddenly, the Jey logo on the invite starts glowing to show them the way.

  • Someone's been watching Tri-Cool and they know it. When Haneru decides to chase after them to find out who it is, they show their agility and reflexes as they try to make their escape. Haneru finally catches them, though, only to find out that it's a girl named Momiji. She's a descendent of the tengu, and more shockingly for Haneru and gang, claims to be Yuzuru's fiancée.

  • A dance contest will be held at Kanon's school festival. Ayumu enters her into the contest without telling her, which makes her panic. She later tries to go get her entry withdrawn, but that's when her homeroom teacher finds out about her street dancing activities.

  • Having been invited to participate in Dance Road, Haneru's full of motivation. The members of Tribe Cool Crew decides to use a new song, and begin creating a routine for it. When it turns out that they don't have a confirmed center, Haneru volunteers for the role.

  • As the first day of practice since forming the new team comes about, Haneru and Kanon head to Tribal Soul's usual spot with renewed enthusiasm. They all meet up and formally introduce themselves, but Haneru's desire to dance freely conflicts with Kumo's instructions to warm up properly, causing immediate discord between the two.

  • The day of the rematch with Tribal Soul finally arrives. Surprisingly, that ends up being the very first match up of the tournament. Haneru and Kanon get fired up and head into the dance battle. The isolation practice pays dividends as the two show off their sharp moves and get in sync with the music, finishing their routine off with Haneru's explosive jumps!

  • Haneru and Kanon had finally teamed up, but Kanon was worried that their moves weren't cool enough. When she practices isolation—the basic art of moving only certain parts of your body—during her dance lessons at school, she convinces Haneru to make it a part of their training. Haneru, however, isn't too good at the basics and struggles with it.

  • The dance battle with Tribal Soul begins! Charged up for his first ever battle, Haneru displays his energetic and pulsating moves. Kanon, who was panicking at first, gradually grows mesmerized by Tribal Soul's dancing and starts focusing on her own moves. She even gets a read on the rhythm and tries to imitate her opponents by getting in sync with the music.

  • Haneru asks Kanon to team up with him, only for her to run away from him. Refusing to give up, he visits the practice spot every day, but doesn't get to meet her. It was then that he finds out about street dancing events being held at Green Square and goes there in hopes of running into Kanon. Meanwhile, the mysterious Master T shows up in front of Kanon and tells her to go watch the event.
