Triple D Nation Season 1 Episode 10 From Brisket to Bison

Lastly, Guy makes his way to Los Angeles to check out Bludso's Bar & Que, a restaurant that has gained a cult following for its slow-smoked brisket, which is cooked over oak wood for 14 hours. The brisket is served with a side of spicy mac and cheese that features diced jalapeƱos.
