Guy catches up with the owner and tries some of their new bar menu items, including their inventive take on a classic cheeseburger.

Throughout the episode, Guy also shares some fun facts and trivia about bar food and meat, including the origin of the term "saloon" and what makes a good beef on weck sandwich.
