Guy tries the Fried Chicken Karaage - Japanese-style fried chicken that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. He also tries the Thai Chicken Karaage - the Japanese-style chicken is mixed with Thai flavors like lemongrass and ginger. Qui talks about the evolution of East Side King and the challenges of running a successful food truck. Guy is impressed with the creativity and execution of the dishes, and it's clear why East Side King has become a must-visit spot in Austin.

Throughout the episode, Guy interviews the owners and chefs of each food truck, learning more about their stories and what sets their mobile meals apart.
