Ep 2. Part Two: Betrayal

In "TUT" season 1 episode 2, "Part Two: Betrayal," the young King Tutankhamun must navigate a world of treachery and deceit, both within his own court and beyond its walls.

As Tut tries to establish his rule and assert his authority, he is met with resistance from those who would undermine him at every turn. His own advisor, the powerful Ay, seems more interested in preserving his own legacy than in serving the king's best interests, while Queen Ankhesenamun faces threats to her own safety and position.

Meanwhile, outside the palace walls, the ambitious General Horemheb plots to take control of Egypt for himself, using any means necessary. With assassins and spies lurking at every corner, Tut must rely on his own instincts and intelligence to survive.

As tensions mount and allegiances shift, Tut must make difficult choices about whom to trust and how to protect those closest to him. With so many enemies and so few allies, it's unclear whether he'll be able to hold onto his throne or if he'll be swept away by the changing tides of history.

Part Two: Betrayal picks up where the series premiere left off, plunging viewers deeper into the world of ancient Egypt and exploring the complex politics and power struggles that shaped this fascinating period of history.
