Next stop is the White Barn Inn & Spa in Maine. This luxurious bed and breakfast is nestled in the heart of Kennebunkport and features a five-star restaurant. The Inn's executive chef, Matthew Padilla, creates unique and exquisite dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Reynolds tries the lobster and champagne salad as well as the artisanal cheese platter.
Up next is a diner in Cambridge, Massachusetts, called the Friendly Toast. This diner not only serves up classic American comfort food but also offers 14 unique and creative kinds of pancakes. Reynolds gets to try the "S'mores" pancakes and the lemon ricotta pancakes that have guests raving.
After that, Unique Eats heads to California's historic Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel. This bed and breakfast and restaurant was once owned by Clint Eastwood and is now run by chef Aidan McCarthy. McCarthy serves up delicious farm-to-table meals, featuring seasonal produce and fresh seafood from the Pacific coast. Reynolds gets to try the restaurant's signature "Mission Ranch Burger" and the eggplant parmesan.
Lastly, Reynolds takes us to Nashville's Union Station Hotel, a luxury hotel in a renovated train station that features a fine dining restaurant. In the hotel's main dining room, chef Tyler Brown creates Southern-inspired cuisine using regionally sourced ingredients. Reynolds gets to try the restaurant's famous chicken and waffles dish.
