The final stop on the episode is in California, where Todd visits Ruth's Chris Steak House in Beverly Hills. He learns about the unique cooking method used to achieve the perfect sear on their steaks and gets to try some of the restaurant's signature cocktails. Todd also talks with the chef about the importance of using high-quality ingredients and the dedication it takes to make consistently delicious food.

Throughout the episode, Todd also highlights some other great steak spots across the country, including a small family-owned restaurant in Wyoming and a steakhouse that serves up a massive 72-ounce steak challenge in Texas.
