Ep 1. Boy Meets Girl

However, the rest of the crew is wary of Hibiki and treats him with suspicion.

As the episode progresses, we learn more about the history between men and women on these planets. The women believe that men are savage creatures and have no place in their society, while the men view the women as cold and unfeeling. Despite these beliefs, Hibiki and Dita are drawn to each other, and their interactions are often comical as they try to understand each other's customs and language.

The conflict between Tarak and Mejale escalates as the war continues, and the two sides engage in a fierce battle. In the midst of the chaos, Hibiki and Dita end up working together to fight off their common enemy. Hibiki's skills as a mechanic prove valuable in repairing the Vanguard, while Dita's piloting skills are essential in the fight.

The episode ends with the Tarak and Mejale ships retreating, and Hibiki being taken into custody by the Vanguard crew. Dita insists that he be treated fairly and not as a prisoner of war, much to the surprise of her fellow crew members.
