When a young woman befriends a hospitalized amnesiac, she becomes embroiled in a mystery that seems to lead to his former boss. Meanwhile Anthony returns from his family's funeral, and Samantha's estranged sister becomes involved when she hears of a troubled youth who may be her son. As Jack and Danny try to find the key to the identity of the mysterious patient at the hospital, the rest of the team follows other leads to unravel the story around the web of lies and secrets.
