Ep 3. Cowboy Cuisine

Contestants on Worst Cooks in America season 15 episode 3 get ready to get back in the saddle and learn some new cowboy cuisine techniques. The contestants, with their mentors by their side, will learn how to make some of the best cowboy dishes around.

Their first challenge is to create a sandwich inspired by cowboy culture, but with a modern twist. Using a variety of ingredients, including types of bread, spreads, vegetables, and protein, the contestants will have to impress their mentors and guest judge Chef Amanda Freitag. The contestants will also have to show off their knife skills with a demonstration by Chef Anne Burrell.

The second challenge will test the contestants' knowledge of the difference between grilling and smoking. The contestants will have to make their own rubs, choose their preferred proteins and use smoking and grilling techniques for the best results. The mentors will judge the outcome.

The final challenge will pit the remaining contestants against each other to create a cowboy meal that shows off their entire skill set. The contestants will have to come up with an appetizer, entree, and dessert, giving them the chance to really show their range in cooking.

The judges and mentors will be watching every step of the way, assessing everything from seasoning and cooking techniques to presentation and creativity. The final dishes will be judged based on the taste, texture, and overall appeal of the dishes.

At the end of the episode, one contestant will be sent home, leaving the remaining chefs one step closer to winning the title of Best Cook in America.
