This show is about the story of a young boy named Kazuhiro Uchida, who has been transferred to a small town to become a fighter pilot. Even though Kazuhiro isn't too fond of his new job, mainly due to the difficult tasks he must face as well as the strict instructors, he slowly begins to find a new appreciation for his job and understands what is means to be a true member of the rescue force.
