Frank Reagan, the patriarch of the Reagan family, is the Police Commissioner of New York City. The families' deep roots and tradition of service to the city has made them one of the most respected families in law enforcement. In Blue Bloods Season 6 Episode 16, titled "Help Me Help You," the Reagan family faces yet another tough challenge in protecting their city and upholding justice.

Danny Reagan, the most hot-headed, yet effective detective of the family, is investigating a case of a man who claims to have lost his memory after he was assaulted. Danny teams up with his partner Maria Baez in an effort to bring justice to the victim and uncover the truth behind his condition. The case takes the duo on a thrilling ride across the city as they gather evidence and interrogate potential suspects. Meanwhile, Jamie Reagan, Frank's youngest son, is still working his way through the ranks as a police officer. Jamie experiences a moment of emotional vulnerability when his long-time partner decides to retire. As Jamie tries to cope with the sudden loss, Frank asks him to train a new, young officer. Jamie soon finds himself responsible for molding the young officer into a responsible cop, but at the same time, he begins to question his own abilities and role in the department.

At the same time, Frank is busy dealing with city politics. The mayor has requested that Frank attend a meeting to discuss the rising issue of police brutality and its effects on the image of the NYPD. Frank is forced to walk a fine line between keeping up the reputation of the department and acknowledging the existence of instances of police brutality. The decision he makes, could have a serious effect on not just the department but the city as a whole.

Erin Reagan, Frank's daughter, is busy with her own case. Erin is a prosecutor in the district attorney's office and she is tasked with prosecuting a man accused of murdering his wife. But Erin gets a shock when she finds out that the man in question was represented by her ex-husband, Jack Boyle. Erin must now face her past relationship with Boyle and deal with the emotional turmoil it brings up for her.

"Help Me Help You" highlights the various professional and personal challenges that the Reagan family members face in their line of work. All the members of the Reagan family strive to do what is right, even if it means going against their own beliefs. The episode highlights the difficulties of balancing the demands of the job with those of family life. The Reagan family's unwavering sense of duty and their commitment to the police department and the citizens of New York brings them together in a way that no other family could be brought together.

As always, "Help Me Help You" does not disappoint. It is an engrossing episode, filled with high-octane police action, emotional family drama, and thought-provoking city politics. The episode showcases the brilliant acting talents of Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, and Will Estes. The Reagan family is truly one of the most well-written, dynamic families on television, and this episode does not disappoint in any way. Fans of Blue Bloods, and newcomers alike, will thoroughly enjoy "Help Me Help You."
