He tries the smoked salmon and beet smørrebrød, which is a colorful and flavorful dish with creamy herbed cheese, dill, and capers.

Finally, James visits the Sugar Shop, a dessert cart that offers a variety of sweet treats. He tries the bacon maple bar, a popular and indulgent pastry made with maple frosting and bits of crispy bacon on top. James also samples the creamy and refreshing lavender honey ice cream, which is the perfect way to end his food-filled day in Portland.
